Cancellation & Refund Policy
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee for our online courses. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied you can cancel for a full refund as long as it is done within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days you will no longer be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please visit our contact page and let us know of your request.
In the event that we do issue a refund, your access to our course and student community will be immediately revoked.
At anytime after the initial 7 day period you are welcome to cancel your subscription. You’ll continue to have access for the remainder of your billing period and your subscription will not renew.
If for whatever reason you need to drop out you must do so before the beginning of the second class in order to obtain a full refund, less your non-refundable deposit. Due to our strict scheduling requirements we are unable to issue any refunds after the second class has begun.
If you need to drop out, please send us a cancellation request by contacting us. This request must be sent in before the beginning of your second class.
